The construction of these villas is planned to finish in the mid-2022, in time to catch part of the season!

I really think that we are going in the right direction, of a house that is beautiful, modern, functional – optimal both for living and as an investment property.

a) you can sign a non-binding letter of intent (valid for 60 days), to secure your best choice in this transitory time.

b) when all the projects are finally completed, we will sign the official preliminary contract + the rental agreement to manage your villa and your rental income.
