All the villas have 2 floors and have a view of the sea from the upper floor.
Rented since 2019 and generated above €47.000,00 per villa in 2023, while the best performing villas exceeded €50.000,00.

SILENT VALLEY
Silent Valley is a project made by 3 new modern 2-floors villas with a private pool and private garden.
The villas are located in the village of Matelići, 5 min driving from the town of Vodnjan, where bars, restaurants and shops are located (Konzum, Plodine, Ultra).
The villas were completed in the year 2020, and fully rented in 2021, 2022, and 2023. They generate a rental income around €40.000,00 each year.
In 2023 the best performing villa in Silent Valley reached €47.600,00🔝
Expected rental income based on last years results
The average rental income generated by the Candy Brick villas in 2023 was €47.000,00 per house:
- approx. €36.000,00 is the rental income achieved from the start of June to the end of September;
- approx. €11.000,00 is the rental income achieved in the low and medium seasons (off-season rental helps increasing your income as well as the ranking of your villa).
The best performing villas in 2022 and 2023 exceeded €50.000,00.
Please note: the owners of the villas usually spend a few weeks in the villa.
That reduces the rental income statistics.
You can decide if you want to spend some time in the villa, or you want a higher rental income.
