THE CANDY BRICK IDEA
Candy Brick was born from our deep passion for real estate and hospitality. The concept was established in 2017, with the goal of creating beautiful, modern real estate projects for rental in Istria. Since then, we have successfully completed several stunning projects, each offering unique charm and high-quality living spaces.
In 2019, we launched our rental and property management company to maximize the value of each villa and boost rental income. To support this, we expanded our team to handle guest services, maintenance, and overall property management, ensuring a seamless and profitable experience.
Each Candy Brick project brings new improvements, driven by insights and feedback from previous ventures. With every project, we enhance our expertise and continuously strive for excellence.
