THE CANDY BRICK IDEA

Candy Brick is a result of our strong passion towards real estate and hospitality.

The concept was created in 2017 with an objective to develop beautiful and modern real estate projects for rental in Istria.

Since that time, a few beautiful projects were built.

At the same time, in 2019 we started the rental & property management company, in order to extract the maximum value from each villa and boost the rental income. Therefore, we enlarged our team, to take care of the guests, the maintenance and the general management of a profitable rental activity.

Each Candy Brick project brought improvements, new unique features, as a result of improved expertise and feedback achieved from our past activities.

Every project, every year, every day, we improve ourselves and our work.

As of today, thousands of guests from all over the world have stayed in the Candy Brick villas.

However, our starting motivation and our main values have never changed. Candy Brick continues to represent a source of pleasure & wealth, in a win-win situation that includes all partners and participants.
