Target Exceeded!

Last month we saw together the rental income that the Candy Brick villas in Istria achieved in June 2021.

In that case, our estimations of €4,500 for the gross rental income per villa in June have been met and actually also exceeded in two different locations! 😊

And what about the rental income in July ’21?

Again, the real data in two different locations in Istria is even better than our estimations! 😊

How is this happening?

No miracles. Only hard and persistent work.

More precisely, the villas under our management benefit from:

  • the increasing ranking among major portals;
  • all the very good reviews that we are receiving;
  • strong and continuous branding and marketing actions.

All that – together with the full management, maintenance, and hosting service – so that you have nothing to worry about!

What are the current figures on annual basis?

Let’s take again one of our villas as an example.

Annual gross rental income: over €36,000 from the current reservations

The villa will probably reach or even exceed the €40,000 gross income by the end of the year.

Indeed, if you give a closer look, August and September still have some free spots.

In addition, October, November, and December are yet to be sold!

As you can see, with us, your rental income never sleeps.

When the year ends, the result may be spectacular.
