August is undoubtedly a pivotal month in our rental business.

Rental income performance of our villas, offering you an exclusive peek into their financial success.

In the image below, you can see the rental income in the years 2020/2021 for a single 3-bedroom villa.

In 2020, the average rental income in August amounted to € 9,878, while a single villa was targeting around € 37,000 of the yearly rental income.

2021 proved that actually we can target € 11,000 in August and € 40,000 as a yearly rental income.

Then, in August 2022, the villas reached between € 11,000 and € 12,800 of gross rental income, while the yearly targets were exceeded.
Please note: the house owners like to spend a few weeks or months in their villas.

Without this happening, the rental income figures could be even higher.

However, this is an additional benefit: you can enjoy the villa and spend some time in it!

Let’s see the real gross rental income for the finished Candy Brick villas.

In many cases, the 2022 figures have been already exceeded.

With the help of the last few months of the year, we are confident that most villas will get above € 45,000 and in some cases close to € 50,000.
