
What was the rental income in September 2021?
At the start of September, I commented with you the rental income that the Candy Brick villas in Istria achieved in August 2021.
In that case, our estimations of €9,878 gross rental income per villa in August were met and… actually exceeded 😊
Indeed, in August, our Candy Brick villas generated an average gross income higher than €11,000, reaching over €12,300 in some cases!

The target of €3,492 has been exceeded with a gross rental income of €4,230 and a 74% occupancy rate.

The target of €3,492 has been exceeded with a gross rental income of €6,177.91 and an occupancy rate of 80%
Short summary:
One more time, the real data from our villas in two different locations in Istria are even better than our estimations! 😊
This is the result of:
– hard and persistent work;
– very good rated guests management;
– attractive and fast-growing location;
– great performance in general by the Istrian region;
– strong marketing/sales effort to attract guests.


What are the current figures on an annual basis?
Let’s take as an example a villa, for which we do the rental and the property management since the start of June (we are not the owners of this villa).

Annual gross rental income: over €39,000 from the current reservations
In 2021 this villa made €39,130.34 in the period of our management, 7 months from June until the end of the year.
Over a 12 months timeframe, I have no doubts that this villa will exceed the €40,000 gross income!
Indeed, reaching €40,000 in 5 months should come rather easy at this point 😉

Laguna Marina: will you have the same rental income?
It could be even higher.

1 – the villas are closer to the sea;
2 – some villas have an extra room, which could be very useful and attractive (you could make a sauna room for example);
3 – our brand reputation keeps increasing (and we are working on a new booking website);
4 – in general, the quality of the houses constantly improves from project to project.
