With our rental management, these villas have consistently generated a gross rental income of up to €50,000 annually.
On average, each house has contributed around €47,000 per annum, setting a solid precedent for our new project.
Estimating the Future: What Awaits in Our New Project?
The upcoming project is a few hundred meters from the sea, promising a stunning sea view that is sure to captivate guests.

A Promising Outlook: Anticipating Higher Returns

Weekly rental prices for these modern villas with sea views range between €5,000 and €9,000. Conservatively estimating an average weekly rate between €6,500 and €7,000, we foresee a substantial increase in income.
With current market trends, prices for modern villas are expected to rise gradually.
This could translate to an annual gross rental income hovering around €70,000 – €75,000.
Just a few years ago, we aimed for €35,000 in gross income, and today, our villas are exceeding €50,000. The figures speak volumes, and we’re confident that our new project will follow suit, if not surpass expectations.
