Recognizing the challenges of delegating the construction process, we’ve taken steps to internalize various aspects. Collaborating with construction teams from different European countries, we’ve integrated local expertise with diverse perspectives. While certain tasks are still delegated, our increased control translates to better progress, reduced risks, and enhanced safety for investors.
