We are starting the realization of the new modern Candy Brick villas quite soon!
Main Project Deadlines
Next week: we will collect conditions for the connections to the water and electricity.
In 3-4 weeks: all the final projects should be ready and, so we will send them to the Department of Physical Planning and Construction in Pula in order to receive the final building permit.
August: we will sign the preliminary contracts with you, investors.
The contract contains the main project documentation available (main projects, list of materials, masterplan of the plot).
October: construction should be starting.
2nd half 2022: construction should be completed & rental activity starts.
Official preliminary contracts
We will sign the preliminary contracts in August.
When you buy a Candy Brick villa:
1 – We take care of the preparation of the contract and the associated costs.
2 – You will not make the advance payments to our company’s account, but to the public notary. We only receive your payments after a certain step is completed and certified (f.e. building permit issued, or some construction step completed after the report of a supervisor engineer).
Please note: we do this to offer you extra protection, and guarantee the successful completion of the project.
3 – Each step of the construction is executed by a contractor as the result of a tender. This means for you, the highest specialization of each contractor, and easier control and management from our side.
The Project Manager, Candy Brick’s engineer, manages this part from the start (actually from the selection of the design studio) to the end of the project (obtaining the usage permit
4 – The master plan, cross-section, main projects, list of the materials, are all attached to the contract.

Laguna Marina: Villas available
You reserved some more villas, so actually, we reached our target.
Being a bit flexible, we can sell one more villa. One extra place is possible, but not more.
The reason is that our company strategy is to keep part of the villas, and this is what we are doing in each project
Why?
- the villas are beautiful, new, modern, long-lasting;
- the rental is very positive all year long, making a good rental income;
- the prices will probably increase in the next 2-3 years, especially when Croatia will join the Eurozone.
In these special times, the money is so cheap that owning a Candy Brick investment property is a great choice.
For this reason, we want to keep the villas for us and benefit from the recurrent income and potential value increase.
If you are interested in owning a Candy Brick villa, and you want to take this ”extra-place”, please let me know, as in August I will need to close the contracts and the project structure, before the start of the construction.
