The Candy Brick full rental & property management service is available to you as the owner of a Candy Brick villa at a commission of 20% calculated on the income of your villa.
In more detail, to get the base for the calculation of the management commission, the reservation fees charged by the portals are deducted from the gross rental income, and in this way you obtain the base for the management commission.
You can immediately see that, it's quite a low commission.
Indeed, you have to consider that it's not only "rental management" or "property management", but it's both the things together with only one commission!

The house, the pool and the terrace were very beautiful. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. We could find anything we needed. A supermarket and a few restaurants and bars were nearby. The host Isabella was amazing and she was available all the time. When we needed medical attention she immediatly booked us an appointment with a doctor. The house is perfect for a group of friends and also families.
Modernly furnished and clean. Very quietly located, restaurant and bakers in the village. Contact person of the mediation agency very nice, always available and takes care of the concerns during the stay.
A fantastic villa, highly recommended. If you are looking for a modern, spacious, clean, stylish villa away from the tourist crowds, look no further. It was exactly as described in the listing, and as the pictures show. Three spacious en-suite bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), all have direct balcony access with lovely views towards the sea. Well-stocked kitchen in a nice open-plan living area. The outdoor space is great, we loved eating outside and using the BBQ, and there is a heated pool - not that big, but perfect for children and very clean. Brilliant location in Krnica, a lovely village with 2 excellent restaurants & a nice bakery, 20-25 minutes' drive from Pula airport, 10-minute drive to the sea. Finally, the host, Isabella, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive - nothing was too much trouble!

Everything was fine - house in a good location, corresponds to the pictures and very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions.
We spent a week at this beautiful house with our kids and had a great time. The house is very modern and clean. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There’s a little market in the village and a few supermarkets 15min away by car. It’s a very pretty area and a nice location to go to different parts of Istria. We could explore a lot!
