Candy Brick carries out 2 types of activities: project development and rental & property management.
Candy Brick is a result of passion towards real estate and hospitality created in 2017 in Croatia with an objective to develop real estate projects for rental.
Since that time, many villas have been finished and hundreds of guests have stayed in our villas.
The values that we follow and the features of the villas that we built are united in order to strengthen Candy Brick as a synonym of sustainable, innovative and profitable real estate projects.
At the same time, the our activity as the rental management company helps to extract the maximum value from each property and boost rental income thanks to continuous marketing activity,, the quality of the villas and a warming and welcoming approach toward the guests.
Our team is composed of the creators of the brand and new figures who decided to become a part of Candy Brick.

Candy Brick projects development:
Sonja
Sonja is responsible for the contact with the public bodies regarding the project development. She is also involved in the contact with the company’s partners and suppliers. Sonja has an extensive experience in the development of projects in the tourism industry in Istria. Sonja speaks Croatian, Italian, English and German.
Marta
Marta is involved in the whole process of the project development: purchase of the lands, design, construction, marketing, sales and rental. She has a Diploma of Finance and Accountung from the Warsaw School of Economics. Marta speaks English, Italian, Polish and German.
Mauro
Mauro takes care of the financing structure of the projects. He is responsible for the, contact with the investors, the banks, and long-term financial planning. Mauro has also a fundamental role in the communication about the Candy Brick projects. Mauro has a master's degree in Financial Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the University of Rome Tor Vergata with the maximum votes.
Stefan
Stefan oversees all the project management, budget and construction. Stefan speaks German and English
Melita
Melita is involved in all your investment-related inquiries. As a key member of our team, she oversees purchases, handles administrative tasks, and conducts meetings with our valued clients. With Melita's expertise and support, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our investors throughout the entire process. Melita speaks English and Croatian.
Rental & Property Management
Isabella
Isabella takes care of your guests and your villa. She is responsible for the preparation of your villa for the check-in, the online presentation of the offers and the contact with the guests. Isabella has a great relation with the partners of our rental activity, what makes the villa preparation much simpler. The guests are very happy with a very gentle and helpful approach of Isabella. You can read about her in many reviews across the Internet. Isabella speaks German, English, Italian, Portuguese.
Danilo
Danilo oversees the rental & property management activities. He is responsible for the results of the rental business and focuses on maximizing the guests satisfaction and the rental income of our villas. Danilo manages the rental team, the sales of the stays and the contact with the partners involved. His feedback and experience with the completed villas is very important for the new projects. As a Candy Brick villa owner, you can benefit from his reliability, and professionalism.
Marijan
Marjan is responsible for the maintenance and he takes care of the gardens and the pools of your Candy Brick villa. He also takes care of all the technical questions that the guests may have. Marjan has a professional preparation for the gardening and the pool maintenance. In addition, with years of experience he learnt the technology of the Candy Brick villas, which involves photovoltaics and heat pumps.
Candy Brick Partners
In order to develop our projects of new villas and manage the finished projects, the Candy Brick team has collaborations with engineering, design and construction companies, as well as with companies, which operate in the property management sector.
