Croatian Islands are a must go
If you would like to go a bit further, there is Cres!
The island has 16 towns in its area. It is possible to visit the second largest amongst the Croatian islands by ferry from Brastova, within 1 hour and a half driving from Krnica.
Due to the Venetian Rule on the 16th and 18th century, the island follows the venetian style. This rule only lasted whilst the republic did. The architecture and monuments remains preserved, such as the Venetian Tower from the 15th century, that today is an attraction.
In case you don’t want to get the ferry back to your Candy Brick villa, you have the option of spending your night in the Island. Cres offers two three star hotels and other apartments available to accommodate you.
