Vrsar
Vrsar is an atmospheric old medieval town located on the west coast of Istria. Set on the top of a hill, it is surrounded by islets. Now this town is expanding along the coast, with promenades and restaurants looking over the sea, a true charm that must be visited. The town is also linked wit Giacomo Casanova, who visited on two occasions.
Vodnjan
Is an unique town in Istria, full of history and tradition but with a twist of youth. You can spot beautiful art walls along the town, when going to a winery, for some wine and olive oil tasting, or attending to a food festival, such as the New Olive Oil Days.
Svetvincenat
This is a small town located in the south of the central part of Istria, the town itself is charming, just gets crowded when festivals are happening, like the Annual Cheese Festival. The main square is charming and picturesque, next to the Grimani castle where medieval events take place.
Motovun
Is also small a hilltop town with 500 inhabitants. Back in the old times, Motovun was a place of residence of many noble families, especially in the pre-Venetian period. Nowadays, it is compared to Tuscany, not only this town but the istrian peninsula.
Motovun is the capital of truffle, in fact, the largest white truffle in the world was found in the forest of this town, in 1999 and it still holds its record. Food lovers from all over the world are surely attracted to this town, however Motovun is also scenery rich.
