Below, you’ll find the rental income for one of our current villas, showcasing the earning potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With our rental management, these villas have consistently generated a gross rental income of up to \u20ac50,000 annually<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n On average, each house has contributed around \u20ac47,000 per annum, setting a solid precedent for our new project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The upcoming project is a few hundred meters from the sea, promising a stunning sea view that is sure to captivate guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To estimate the potential rental income, we’ve studied surrounding villas with similar features:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The proximity to the sea and enhanced views are game-changers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Weekly rental prices for these modern villas with sea views range between \u20ac5,000 and \u20ac9,000. <\/strong>Conservatively estimating an average weekly rate between \u20ac6,500 and \u20ac7,000<\/strong>, we foresee a substantial increase in income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With current market trends, prices for modern villas are expected to rise gradually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n This could translate to an annual gross rental income<\/strong> hovering around \u20ac70,000 – \u20ac75,000<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Just a few years ago, we aimed for \u20ac35,000 in gross income, and today, our villas are exceeding \u20ac50,000.
