Candy Brick. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completing Laguna Marina: A Vision Realized<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The week commenced with a visit to the picturesque Laguna Marina &#8211; a collection of 9 villas nestled in Krnica, Istria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the company of Stefan Marxreiter and Ognjen Rogo\u0161i\u0107, who oversee construction and quality control, we witnessed the impressive transformation of all 9 villas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Final installations on the horizon, the anticipation of welcoming new owners and preparing the villas for successful rentals is palpable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"769\" height=\"1024\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rental Triumphs and Team Expansion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a recent meeting led by Danilo Cucuzzo and Isabella Granata, we were thrilled to see a big jump in rental income compared to last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with our growth, we are expanding our team, with a new member set to join the rental team in January 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administration: Paving the Way for Building Permits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedicating time to the administrative facets of our projects is instrumental in securing building permits and essential infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trip to Zagreb, alongside Sonja Mokori\u0107 and our lawyer, ensured progress in the Laguna Solevante building permit process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality of Mar\u010dana, Mr. Pli\u0161ko, delved into key technical aspects of the Porto project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
