August is undoubtedly a pivotal month in our rental business.<\/p>\n

Rental income performance of our villas, offering you an exclusive peek into their financial success.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the image below, you can see the rental income in the years 2020\/2021 for a single 3-bedroom villa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, the average rental income in August amounted to \u20ac 9,878, while a single villa was targeting around \u20ac 37,000 of the yearly rental income.<\/p>\n

2021 proved that actually we can target \u20ac 11,000<\/strong> in August and \u20ac 40,000 as a yearly rental income<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Then, in August 2022, the villas reached between \u20ac 11,000 and \u20ac 12,800 of gross rental income, while the yearly targets were exceeded.
Please note<\/strong>: the house owners like to spend a few weeks or months in their villas.<\/em><\/p>\n

Without this happening, the rental income figures could be even higher.<\/p>\n

However, this is an additional benefit: you can enjoy the villa and spend some time in it!<\/p>\n
