hoch waren die Mieteinnahmen im September 2021?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Anfang September habe ich mit Ihnen die&nbsp;<strong>Mieteinnahmen&nbsp;<\/strong>kommentiert, die die Candy Brick-Villen in Istrien im&nbsp;<strong>August&nbsp;2021<\/strong>&nbsp;erzielt haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Fall wurden unsere Sch\u00e4tzungen von 9.878&nbsp;\u20ac Bruttomieteinnahmen pro Villa im August erf\u00fcllt und&#8230;&nbsp;eigentlich&nbsp;<strong>\u00fcbertroffen&nbsp;<\/strong>\ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich erzielten unsere Candy Brick-Villen im August ein durchschnittliches Bruttoeinkommen von&nbsp;<strong>\u00fcber 11.000&nbsp;\u20ac und in einigen F\u00e4llen sogar \u00fcber 12.300&nbsp;\u20ac<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir sind so dankbar, dass wir so viele G\u00e4ste aktuellen Zahlen auf Jahresbasis?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nehmen wir als Beispiel eine Villa, f\u00fcr die wir seit Anfang Juni die Vermietung und die Hausverwaltung \u00fcbernehmen (wir sind nicht die class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bruttomieteinnahmen in 7 Monaten: \u00fcber 39.000 \u20ac aus den aktuellen Reservierungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Jahr 2021 hat diese Villa im Zeitraum unserer Verwaltung, 7 Monate von Juni bis Ende des Jahres,&nbsp;<strong>39.130,34 \u20ac<\/strong>&nbsp;verdient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten habe ich keine Zweifel, dass diese Villa das Bruttoeinkommen von 40.000 \u20ac \u00fcberschreiten wird!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich sollte es zu diesem Zeitpunkt ziemlich einfach sein, 40.000&nbsp;\u20ac in 5&nbsp;Monaten zu erreichen\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wenn Sie \u00fcberdurchschnittlich hohe Mieteinnahmen und 12 Monate im Jahr G\u00e4ste mit einem Miet- und Immobilienverwaltungsservice haben m\u00f6chten,
