At the start of September, I commented with you the rental income<\/strong> that the Candy Brick villas in Istria achieved in August 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In that case, our estimations of \u20ac9,878 gross rental income per villa in August were met <\/strong>and… actually exceeded \ud83d\ude0a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indeed, in August, our Candy Brick villas generated an average gross income higher than \u20ac11,000<\/strong>, reaching over \u20ac12,300<\/strong> in some cases!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One more time, the real data from our villas in two different locations in Istria are even better than our estimations! \ud83d\ude0a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the result of:
– hard and persistent work;
– very good rated guests management;
– attractive and fast-growing location;
– great performance in general by the Istrian region;
– strong marketing\/sales effort to attract guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the current figures on an annual basis?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Let’s take as an example a villa, for which we do the rental and the property management since the start of June (we are not the owners of this villa). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual gross rental income: over \u20ac39,000 from the current reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 2021 this villa made \u20ac39,130.34<\/strong> in the period of our management, 7 months from June until the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over a 12 months timeframe, I have no doubts that this villa will exceed the \u20ac40,000 gross income!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indeed, reaching \u20ac40,000 in 5 months should come rather easy at this point \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n
