long period of time.<br \/>For us, the high season starts in May, and it ends in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What about the&nbsp;<strong>remaining months<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have 3 options here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; If you want to spend a few months in the villa,&nbsp;<strong>we can just close the calendar<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; We can focus on<strong>&nbsp;short-term rental<\/strong>:<strong>&nbsp;online workers, digital nomads, low-season travelers<\/strong>, many people are enjoying coming to Istria when it is cheaper and not crowded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Still, there can be very beautiful days, and the villas do offer everything also to be enjoyed in wintertime (floor heating, fireplace, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, the rental income and occupancy won&#8217;t be the same, but an extra few thousand of euros in the wintertime is a very positive additional benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, that helps your villa improving its ranking, with long-term positive effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 &#8211;&nbsp;<strong>We can benefit from medium-term rentals<\/strong>, such as tenants renting out the villa for&nbsp;<strong>one month, 2 months, 4 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, you can achieve a fixed rental plus the reimbursement of the expenses (electricity, water, rubbish, internet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Look at
