The company can purchase the property and going forward it will be<strong> the holder of ownership<\/strong>. The firm\u2019s address can be that of the accountant.<\/li><li>Consider the activities of the company. Include things related to real estate and tourism.<\/li><li>Capital investment of 20,000 kuna. This can be used for activities or services related to the firm once it has been established.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to start a Croatian Company J.O.O.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Obtain a<\/strong> <strong>personal OIB<\/strong>, identification number. Needed for the notary and to establish a bank account. Include company name, company\u2019s OIB, full address and contact info for the firm.<\/li><li><strong>Open company\u2019s bank account<\/strong> most likely where you have made the capital deposit.<\/li><li><strong>Sign contract with accountant. <\/strong>&nbsp;An accountant will cost approximately 1000-1500 Euros per a year.<\/li><li><strong>Register company in VAT system<\/strong> and VAT-EU for European transactions. The accountant should handle this detail so that the company can be found in the VIES system. This will allow your company to receive a refund for purchases that include 25% VAT (45-60 days).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/candybrick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/cb-4821-new-business-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4381\" width=\"553\" height=\"351\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceed with purchasing the property through the company<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Most likely you have picked out a property and may have previously signed a <strong>preliminary agreement<\/strong> establishing costs and procedure of payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the company is finalized it can now purchase the property. The seller and company representative can sign the sales contract at the office of the notary. Payment for the property is made from the company\u2019s account in kunas.
