This delegation brought along Jeffory Blackard, who is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blackard Global, Inc. A company that is the first firm in the world to advocate for the creation of modern-day villages<\/strong>. Before developing moder-day villages, Blackard Global, Inc developed over two billion dollars worth of real estate of varying kinds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jeffory Blackard is responsible for the completion of over 30 Master Planned Communities and 15,000 single family home sites. With almost 40 years experience, during various developments, he had his first experience with the country of Croatia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zadar under the spotlight<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The focus of the meeting was on Real Estate investing and the Pa\u0161man Riviera Blackard Global tourism project.<\/strong> Pa\u0161man island is part of Zadar archipelago, it is also the island with the most greenery surface in Croatia, and with heavy Roman architecture\u00a0influences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The project aims to investment an incredible amount of 500 milion euros, making it one of the largest tourism investments in Croatia.\u00a0Pa\u0161man Riviera Blackard Global project is a resort with hotels, apartments, villas, beaches and other accompanying facilities with a total capacity of 4000 beds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“We will try to create an authentic Dalmatian settlement, in accordance with the tradition and the environment I have thoroughly studied. We would only use domestic materials in construction. Workers who would work in the settlement would live there\u201d – Blackard said.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And the investments don\u2019t end there, because Croatia is exuberant in its beauty and natural resources, the Country <\/strong>is not attracting only real estate investments, but also rises the interest of investments in the energy, technology and innovation fields.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jeffery\u00a0Blackard, together with nothing more and nothing less than Rick Santorum, who is a former US Senator, are partners in Zero Global Waste company<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zero Global Waste<\/a> has as an objective, turning waste materials into alternative forms of energy and fuel. <\/strong>Because of the strong link between Croatia and\u00a0Jeffery\u00a0Blackard, the company interest in helping and invest in the c<\/strong>ountry’s positive\u00a0development is promising.<\/b><\/p>\n
