And the Country now on their table is Croatia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>19.7 million euros on its way to Croatia<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>An incredible amount of 19.7 million euros to develop, ease and improve the Administration System Project.<\/strong> The advance is clearly on the days of waiting at \u00a0Land Registry Offices\u00a0that <strong>decreased by 75%<\/strong> from 46 to 12 days, for mortgages and property transactions, and also on the Cadasters Offices, <strong>decreasing by around 33%<\/strong> from 30 to only 8 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>But it has been coming this way since 2016<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Long ago in November 2016<\/strong>, a system called <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joint Information System was implemented, it is easy, completely accesible and modern,<strong> so people can register online with their personal details, instead of the going through the painful experience of having to go to a public office.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/candybrick.com\/de\/real-estate-croatia-a-big-loan\/2\/\">&lt;&lt;CONTINUE TO READ&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/div>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>According to World Bank Croatia country manager:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u201cCroatia\u2019s land administration system has undergone a profound transformation over the last decade.<\/strong> Yet significant investments are still necessary to move to a more efficient, paperless and less costly system, and to further expand t<strong>he government\u2019s e-services agenda under which all digital services are to be expanded, unified and more accessible to the citizens<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A modern and efficient land administration system contributes to entrepreneurship development, strengthening Croatia\u2019s competitiveness and improving the efficiency of the public sector<\/strong> and we look forward to continue supporting this transformation process.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>According to Emerging Europe:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIt will support the continued automation of land administration services, reduce registration time, improve the quality of real property data and advance the integration of cadaster and land registration services.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<strong>The implementation of this systems means that to purchase either a land in Croatia or a real estate investment<\/strong>, is now easier and less stressful.
