The closest island and National Park to your luscious investment property is called Brijuni and\u00a0it is formed by 14 <\/span>islands and islets<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Istrian legend, God created Istria as an extension of\u00a0Heaven<\/strong>. The devil then, out of jealousy, scattered stones around the peninsula. Angels then gathered the pieces of Heaven remaining among the scattered rocks and protected them by the sea waves. And created Brijuni.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The island was owned<\/strong> by an Austrian who had the intention of turning it into a resort.\u00a0<\/span>The eccentric taste, brought some exotic fauna and flora to Croatia.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the early 80\u2019s the Island was considered a National Park.\u00a0<\/span>Nowadays, everyone can easily reach this piece of heaven by ferry. To get from your villa to this beauty, you can drive towards to Fa\u017eana port, only 25 minutes away, and catch a <\/span>ferry from the port to the island<\/span><\/a>. After that, all you need to do is enjoy your day!<\/span><\/p>\n

The island has 16 towns in its area. It is possible to visit the second largest amongst the Croatian islands by ferry from Brastova, within 1 hour and a half driving from Krnica. <\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the Venetian Rule<\/strong> on the 16th and 18th century, the island follows the venetian style. This rule only lasted whilst the republic did. The architecture and\u00a0monuments remains preserved, such as the Venetian Tower from the 15th century, that today is an attraction.<\/span><\/p>\n
