Den Mietverwaltungsprozess zu internalisieren, hat bemerkenswerte Ergebnisse erzielt: Unsere Villen weisen hohe Belegungsraten auf, \u00fcber 95 % im Sommer und 60 % in weiteren Jahreszeiten.
